Once you enter the Resort, turn right to drive in front of the lobby. Continue following the road all the way around — you’ll be on Loop Lane.
Unit 45 is the last unit before the road curves to the left.
You may park directly in front of the unit, or use the additional parking located beside it.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Karen’s townhome at Sunrise Ridge Waterfront Resort. it was our home away from home: clean, well equipped and maintained, quiet, great view of Craig Bay from the living room and master bedroom. Karen was responsive to our requests - the consummate host. Sunrise Ridge is an upscale resort in Parksville: the grounds are beautiful and we enjoyed the fitness centre and outdoor whirlpool. We are so glad we spent our winter here and have rebooked for 2027.
